I am so new to this!!

Ok...I finally decided to do this. Actually JR (www.jrleereveal.blogspot.com) and I talked about it a few weeks ago, but as usual, he beat me to it. I am pretty excited about the opportunity to express some feelings and just write about random things that are going on! I am also excited that people will get to know more about me and the way that I feel about things. It will be an interesting experience for us all.

Here is the most interesting thing that has happened over the past couple of days. JR and I have been working out and running for the past 7 months. Combined we have lost over 110 lbs. Wow! That's the equivalent of a 8th grader!! Anyway, back to the interesting thing....we entered to run in a 5k race on July 3rd. For those of you that know me well, you would know that running a race has never been on my list of things to do (or even want to do). I am really excited because it is going to be a challenge and we will be able to see some reward for all those mornings of getting up early and running. So, check back here in the next few days for more information about the race and the results. It should be interesting!!!
